Welcome to Pathways

For over 20 years, Pathways has provided behavioral health services and support for children, adults and families.  Our home, school, community-based and workplace services are all tailored to address each client’s individual needs and strengths.

Our services for children, youth, and families include autism services, case management, therapeutic foster care, parent education, counseling, tutoring, and substance use services.

For adults, we provide behavioral and mental health support, substance use services, case management, workforce development programs, and drug court services.

Through our cutting edge Pathways at Work program, we provide behavioral health webinars, on-demand training and other resources and support for employers and employees in workplaces of all sizes.

Our services are provided by behavioral health specialists under the supervision of trained therapists and licensed clinicians. We are continually refining and developing new behavioral health programs that meet our communities’ changing needs.  Pathways’ core values are compassion, inclusion, integrity and commitment.  The current pandemic and activities to end racism and social injustice remind us daily that our clients’ needs change, but our mission and values do not.
